Brokerage data. You may enter or import data into Keystone as part of normal platform use, including loan data, commission plans, employee information, and accounting records. This data belongs to you — we process it solely to provide and improve the service.
Usage and analytics data. We collect information about how you interact with Keystone, such as pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve the product.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or brokerage data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
Third-party integrations. When you connect external services — such as QuickBooks, Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU), Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor (LPA), iSoftpull, Twilio, or Resend — your data is shared with those providers as necessary to power the integration. These connections are initiated by you and governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policies.
Infrastructure providers. We use trusted cloud hosting and infrastructure partners to operate Keystone. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Keystone encrypts data at rest and in transit, enforces role-based access controls, and is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. For more detail, visit our Security page.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal and brokerage data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Export your data in a portable format

Cookies
