What counts as a 'loan closed'?
A loan counts toward your monthly limit when it reaches 'Funded' status in the pipeline. Loans in earlier stages don't count against your limit.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing across all paid plans.
Can I add more branches without upgrading?
Branch limits are tied to your plan tier. To add more branches, you'll need to upgrade to a plan that supports them, or contact us for Enterprise pricing.
